We supply new parts, and used parts which are all stress tested and cleaned before shipment
If and when there is some kind of problem with a part the following policies will apply.

Electrical parts warranty is 90 days from date of invoice. Electrical parts are warranted only |

Salvage Parts: (Good Used): |

Salvage items do not carry warranty. If a wrong item is sent, we must be notified within 7 days
that it is incorrect. A refund or part replacement will be given after the part is returned. |

Any item damaged during shipping, parts buyer must file a claim with appropriate mail courier. |

It is the parts buyers responsibility to check components upon arrival before installing them. |

Any part being returned due to incorrect part being shipped, part buyer must inform us that

Hydraulic Pump Returns: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Returned hydraulic pumps will be checked by the technical department. Any pump |
|
found with contamination inside will not be warranted. Any pump found with a blown seal due to |
incorrect installation or rotation in the wrong direction will not be warranted. Any pump |
|
found to have been taken apart will not be warranted unless done so with prior authorization. |
