The
Koyker 600 series front-end loader delivers 6,000 lbs of breakaway power,
and more than 4,000 lbs of lifting strength. It is enormously powerful. It mounts or dismounts on
2-wheel or FWA tractors in about 3 minutes. And it features a 7 ft. wide,
24 cubic foot fast attaching bucket. This is a big tractor front end loader
for very big tractors. The 600 fits several models of Allis Chalmers,
Case-IH, Deutz, Deutz-Allis, Farmall, International, and Massey Ferguson

Lifting
Arms
Main
lift arms are 7 gauge, high tensile steel, machine welded
into box C sections for peak lifting strength and rigidity.
Sub-Frames
Separate left and right sub-frames are heavy gauge,
square tube, high tensile steel, reinforced with steel 1/4
inch thick. Designed to fit tight and to distribute weight
evenly for maximum tractor protection.
Pivot
Points
Every pivot joint has high carbon pins with a plated
finish to resist corrosion. Pin retainers prevent pin rotation
and control wear. All pivot points have grease fittings.

Hydraulics
Precision
built, double acting hydraulic cylinders have solid, Nitro
plated shafts that are turned, ground, polished, and
plated to provide a leak proof seal.
Hydraulic
Lines
Hydraulic line tubing is plated to prevent external
corrosion. Has SAE (JIC) 37° flair fittings to eliminate
oil leaks. |
