The Basics: Best Used Tractors LLC, a US based company, sells containers of clean, grade A used golf carts that are manufactured in Japan. Although we have known of golf cart suppliers in Japan for many years, those suppliers always seemed to be in and out of stock. It was difficult to put together a container of nothing but high quality golf carts. Recently, our American acquisitions manager, who lives in Japan most of the year, told us of an associate of his who has an ongoing supply of the better quality units. Now we feel that we can offer the quality we prefer to market on a more consistently available basis. Commonly Available Golf Carts: Most of the used golf carts for sale that we have collected for us are gas powered, 2WD, 5 passenger ( 4 comfortably) that some refer to as limo carts. Since we disassemble the canopies, some of the wheels, the golf bag racks, and lower the steering column, we can usually ship up to 24 units in a 40’ high cube container. The quantity depends in part on how many models are the same for easy nesting in packing. Sometimes whole fleets of one make and model come available. At other times smaller groups of particular models are collected in the yard. We can ship these better quality used golf carts to any country in the world that the US department of commerce will allow Americans to market to. Multiple Uses for Golf Carts: Some use these golf carts on golf courses, but they have also been used at senior centers, resorts, farms, ranches, hunting clubs, business campuses, and at many other locations. They are a lot less expensive than used Japanese mini trucks – which we also sell. Two Wheel Drive and Four Wheel Drive: Most of the used golf carts we sell are 2WD units, but some of the Hitachi models also come in 4WD as well. Gas Powered Golf Carts and Electric Golf Carts: The easiest to collect are the gas powered golf carts, but we can also assist with electric golf carts. Parts Availability on the Golf Carts We Supply: In the US, our main used golf cart market, most of the models we offer have parts availability within the United States. We can however assist our dealers with parts direct from Japan. New Wheel & Tire Combinations For Only $10: Within the ordered container of used golf carts we can supply at only $10 per tire mounted wheel the new Carlisle16X6.50-8 turf saver tires.
