is a gray market tractor?
Tractors built for use in one country, but imported and used in another
are gray market tractors. It is neither illegal or unethical to import
tractors that have previously been used in another country such as Japan.

there some reason I should not buy a gray market tractor?
Some gray market tractor models are more difficult to get parts for. You

Look for the appropriate size tractor to meet your needs, and make sure
if you need 4WD that you get it. Look at the hours on the meter, the warranty,
and the outward appearance of the tractor. Test everything whenever possible.
Look at the transmission type, the number of engine cylinders, and note
the loader quality if one is offered.

Is it legal to import used Japanese mini trucks?
Used Japanese mini trucks can be imported only if they are earlier than 2004 models and only if they have EPA approved governors.
